  • How long do the tastings last?
    Our tasting experiences last about 2hrs from start to finish
  • What time does the wine ambassador arrive?
    Your wine ambassador will arrive 30mins before your selected start time unless you added setup time to your package
  • How do I know which package to choose?
    Pick the package with a description that best fits you. If you’d like some help choosing please set up a phone consultation. We’d be happy to help!
  • Is there a minimum or maximum number of people to book an event?
    Packages accommodate a maximum of 12 people. There is no minimum
  • What if I have more than 12 people in my group?
    Send us an email or setup a phone consultation to discuss parties larger than 12. We will do our best to accommodate your party.
  • What locations do you serve?
    We currently serve Nashville and locations within a 30 mile radius of Nashville, including Brentwood, Antioch, Franklin, Madison, Murfreesboro, and Hendersonville.
  • Can I split package payments with my group?
    You can only use one card at the time of booking, but we recommend using Cash App or Venmo if you’d like to split the amount amongst your friends. It can be as little as $33 per person.
  • Do I need to provide glassware?
    No, we’ll provide all of the wine glasses for your party.
  • How were the wines in the packages selected?
    Our CEO and a team of professional wine consultants tasted and hand selected each wine for the packages. The wines come from all around the world. Although we’re not limited to one brand of wine, we do select all of our wines from small productions and family wineries to ensure a unique and high quality tasting experience for each customer.
  • What can I expect after I book?
    Your wine ambassador will reach out to you to setup a phone consultation to answer any questions you have and get all of the details for your experience (whether it’s for a birthday party, a girls night, brunch gathering, etc). They will then follow-up with a detailed email that includes everything you need to know, including food-pairing suggestions. You will then be contacted by a delivery person to arrange a time for your wines to be delivered to you. Don’t worry; you will receive detailed instructions on exactly what to do with the wine when you receive it, including how to store it. Finally, you will anxiously wait for your scheduled event day and allow us to show you and your group an amazing time while learning about and tasting fabulous wines!
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    There’s a $100 cancellation fee for advanced cancellations and a $150 cancellation fee when cancelled less than 72hrs in advance. Cancellation fees may be applied towards future bookings.
